Pulaski County Friends of CASA, Inc. presents Light of Hope (LOH) each fall. LOH is a one-hour, donation-driven informational breakfast that takes place each year to bring focus to the plight of abused and neglected children in our community. This fundraising and informational event not only highlights the needs of children in foster care but also spotlights the positive impact that volunteer CASA Advocates have on the children to whom we are assigned.
Pulaski County CASA with your support serves children in foster care in both Pulaski and Perry Counties. At any given time, there are between 500 and 700 children in foster care in our area alone. Sponsors and Donors for LOH allow us to increase the number of children that will benefit from having a CASA Advocate assigned to their case. Every child in foster care deserves a CASA – someone helping them Navigate Through the System, providing them with a Voice in Court, ensuring their Needs are Met, and Being a Constant in Their Life.
Our next Light of Hope event will be held in October 17, 2024.
Sponsors, Donors, and Table Hosts are needed. Would you help to Change A Child’s Story?
