The Pulaski County CASA Advocate of the Quarter for January - March, 2016  is Kelly Shuffield. Kelly was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and attended Clemson University for her BA and MEd. She has been teaching for 21 years, and currently teaching 5th grade at Fulbright Elementary. Kelly has worked two very different cases. One of her cases having young children and the other a teenager.  She is also the liason between Pulaski County CASA and the Kappa Alpha Theta, Little Rock Chapter.  We are very happy to have Kelly on the Pulaski County CASA team. Thank you Kelly for all you do not only on your cases but to bring awareness to our community about child abuse and neglect.
