ADVOCATE TRAINING

New advocate training is offered a minimum of four times per year.  The training schedule will vary, but is typically held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm for three consecutive weeks. 

 

Since the onset of COVID-19, CASA pre-service training has been held in a live virtual format via Google Meet.

 

Potential volunteers will need to complete the application and interview prior to beginning training. Court observation is also required and will be scheduled by the trainers during your training sessions.
